Alternate dates have been posted and visible on Schedulicity (Online Scheduling System) on a weekly basis due to therapist's availability. Appointments are booked online and require a credit card to reserve your session. Your credit card will not be charged for booking a massage appointment. Upgrade instructions are located on your prepaid voucher. Additional charges only apply to requested services not prepaid for/or liable under the Terms & Agreement for No Shows.

"If you booked your appointment online and wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment online, go to and sign-in. The sign-in tab is on the far right. Once you sign in, your upcoming appointments will be listed and a cancel link will be to the right of each appointment. Click "Cancel." You can then choose to cancel the appointment or reschedule it as long as you are outside of the cancellation policy."

Living Social and Groupon Customer Services has already been notified about this issue. We have advised our clients to check back daily updates, cancellations, or changes. New appointments have already been added. It states in our Terms & Condition for voucher purchases "If you schedule your appointment before the expiration date of the coupon, you can redeem the full value" So, you can schedule an appointment for a later date after the expiration date, but the appointment must be booked before the expiration date. Any other changes do not automatically extend the expiration date. Any inquiries about refunds must be addressed by the merchant from whom you purchased your voucher. (see below links)
