I bought a Living Social voucher that expired, but I want to use the $42 value. What service can I use it towards?
You may use you prepaid value towards any service we provide. All you have to do is bring your expired voucher to your appointment as proof and pay the difference services rendered. However, vouchers cannot be used with any other existing discounts, deals, or loyalty card programs. All vouchers have to be redeemed for purchased value in one session. For example, you might book the Signature Bronze (1 hour massage) for $85. You prepaid value minus the service cost equals $43 due at the end of your session.
My voucher expiration date is fast approaching, there are limited appointments available. They don't match my availability. What should I do?
Book your appointment online! As long as your scheduled appointment was booked before expiration date, your massage appointment can be for a future date that accomodates your schedule needs. If the appointment is rescheduled, it will be viewed as a new appointment and you will have to pay the difference for the full value to be redeemed. For example you booked an appointment on 2/13 and the expirations date was 2/15, you rescheduled the appointment after the expiration date 2/15 for 3/12. You can redeem the paid value $42. But to receive the full hour, you must pay the remainder $43 for full value. (Reg price Signature Bronze $85)

Make sure your CAPS lock is not on. Hit the recycle button the CAPTCA to get a new phrase to make another attempt. If all else fails, click Locations under Contacts on the menu & click the Groupon logo.
Attempting to register online and the telephone number indicator keeps asking for a vaild contact number even after entering my phone number. Is there a specific format?

How do I enter a promotion code?
After you have selected your service, therapist, and picked a date, click on "Include a Message" section under the Confirm Appointment subtitle and enter here your promo code (e.g. Santashelper) or voucher# (e.g. Groupon 123456). You may also leave a message, special instructions, or requests regarding your upcoming appointment.
How do I reach a therapist by phone?
Use the name directory from the 877 number. Search by first three letters of first name or dial by extension.
Will my credit card be charged for booking an appointment?
NO, your credit card is not charged when booking your appointment. It is used merely to reserve the massage session on our online appointment scheduler system.
In the SERVICE MENU, what does GOLD entail?
GOLD refers to additional attention to detail, time, effort, and resources applied by the service provider to ensure reasonable care for chief complaints identified in the initial consultation. A few of the additional services that may be provided are far-infrared light therapy, heated bamboo muscle energy techniques, and clinical cupping, if applicable.
How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
You will receive a confirmaton email upon booking your appointment and a reminder email 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. There are links in the email to help cancel or reschedule an appointment. Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid any penalties.
Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointments online as long as they are within our Cancellation Policy. They'll just need to go to www.schedulicity.com and sign-in. The sign-in tab is on the far right. Once they sign in, their upcoming appointments will be listed and they can simply click on an appointment to see the option to "cancel" or "cancel and reschedule"
Are relaxation sessions covered by Medicare or Insurance?
No, the technology and services are forms of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) and are therefore cash pay services that are not reimbursed. Session costs, may however, qualify to be paid from your healthcare flexible spending account. Please check with your Healthcare provider and Tax preparer, for costs, tax, and payment information.
