Ethics and Standards:

All therapists maintain the highest standards of professional conduct, providing services within the scope of their expert training in an ethical and professional manner.

Method of payment:
Cash, Checks, and Money orders are accepted. Contact us for price quotes for large groups or planned functions. Payments are due prior to your session or event.

Gratuities are not included in the payment to the therapist and are at the discretion of the client.

Personal checks will not be accepted for outcall services.
No refund on services rendered.

Cancellation Policy.

In order to respect the schedule of both clients and therapists, we asks if you need to cancel an appointment, contact us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment . Late cancellation fees will be charged for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. We will use our discretion when charging late cancellation fees and will usually not charge unless the activity is otherwise previously arranged with a therapist.

Our therapist reserves the right to terminate a session, at any time during the session, due to inappropriate behavior by the client or contraindications.

Contraindications

Spirit Massage advises that under certain medical conditions receiving massage may not be in a client’s best interest, for example, when a fever or flu-like symptoms are present. If you have questions about your physical condition, please consult your doctor for best course of action.

We ask for basic contact information such as your e-mail address, work phone, and name so that we may schedule appointments, send appointment reminders, and contact you for service-related information, changes, or cancellations as necessary.

All information is kept confidential within your company. We will not give, sell, share, or make any of your personal information available to any other party without your consent.

We may occasionally contact you in connection with our products and services, including special offers, promotions, and ongoing quality improvement.

Remember, we never actively solicit personal information from individual users of the site. If you do choose to contact us through email, your information is kept completely confidential.
