 1.  500-1000 contact hours in Massage Therapy,  

2. Graduated from a formal massage program certified by COMPTA

 3.    AMBP, IMA, OR AMTA membership with a malpractice insurance policy at least(2,000,000 aggregate annual and $1,000,000 per incidence).

 4.  Passed or preparing to take with a month the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Body work (NCBTMB) Exam.
